    Online therapy is an excellent choice of therapy for if you are on the go or like to curl up in your favourite room and dive in. Online therapy affords flexibility and comfort with just as much opportunity for growth and healing.

  • Connection in counselling is important

    In Person

    In person therapy is a great option to get you out of the house/office and have some separation between your life and the therapeutic space. On occasion due to inclement weather, online therapy may be offered as an alternative option.
